In fact, 1 in 3 children start their school day on an empty stomach, making it harder for them to concentrate, learn, and thrive.

At Windebank Elementary, we believe no child should face the challenge of hunger before their first class, which is why we established the Breakfast Club program.

This initiative provides nutritious meals to students who might not otherwise have access to food, ensuring they begin each day nourished and ready to succeed.

But we can’t do it alone. The Breakfast Club is entirely donation-based, relying on our community’s and parent volunteers’ generosity to keep the program running.

For every $2 entry, you provide one meal of nutritious breakfasts for a child. This ensures they start their days with the energy and focus needed to succeed in school and beyond.

$10 Entry:

With a $10 entry, you’re providing one weeks’ worth of healthy meals. This doubles the impact, giving more children the essential nourishment they need to thrive.

$20 Entry:

A $20 entry covers two weeks of meals for a child. Your generous support helps sustain them for a longer period, significantly contributing to their well-being and academic success.

Raffle Terms and Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Raffle Details: The raffle is for a chance to win 2 Lower Bowl tickets to the Vancouver Canucks vs. Edmonton Oilers game on January 18th, 2025, at Rogers Arena, Vancouver, BC.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility: Entrants must be 19 years of age or older. Employees or family members of the organizing entity are not eligible to participate.

3.⁠ ⁠Entry Fee: The entry fee is $2 for 1 entry, $10 for 6 entries, and $20 for 15 entries. All entries are final and non-refundable.

4.⁠ ⁠Raffle Drawing: The raffle will be drawn on Dec 30, 2024, and the winner will be contacted by phone or email. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of the draw date.

5.⁠ ⁠Prize: The prize consists of two (2) Lower Bowl tickets to the Vancouver Canucks vs. Edmonton Oilers game on January 18th, 2025. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6.⁠ ⁠Proceeds: All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to a local children ‘s food program
