A Double Pass With Specialized Cleaning, Extraction & Brushing
We do a double pass with our specialized cleaning, extraction and brushing machine using Oxy Turf deodorizing solution, followed by another final extraction/drying cycle. As we go along, we extract hair and other organic and inorganic material lodged deep down into the turf.
On average, we can remove up to 1/4 lb of human hair from the artificial turf.

Pick Up and Clean Up of Topical Debris
Our turf renewal team will start by removing any topical debris that may have gathered on your artificial grass. Over time, your artificial grass can become a collecting ground for various leaves, helicopters, surface weeds, or even dirt. Our turf renewal team will use a leaf blower, vacuum, and rakes to gather the loose topical debris.02
Sanitization & Odour Removal
Once the topical debris is removed, your gym and fitness center turf renewal team will use a hand sprayer to presoak the area with our specially formulated enzymatic chemical cleaner, which helps to eat away and absorb any missed biological material.03
Deep Cleaning & Extraction
Once all topical and deep debris removal and presoak is completed, your turf renewal team will proceed to deep clean your gym and fitness center artificial grass. This step requires a professional-grade artificial turf cleaner equipped with the proper artificial turf cleaning solutions to sanitize and disinfect your synthetic grass. We will completely go over the area twice, using double the standard cleaner to ensure all areas have been scrubbed, brushed, washed, extracted, and disinfected. Your turf renewal team must access your water and power supply to complete this process.

Extraction & Drying
The gym renewal turf team will extract the remaining solution and moisture on the artificial turf for faster drying. Dry time will depend on the airflow throughout the area and the heating system at the location. Generally 24 hours is recommended.
When completed, our turf renewal team will do a walk-through, show you the extracted water and collected debris and address any other concerns you may have regarding your gym or fitness center artificial grass.
